I Believe in " A Dream Come True"

So here I am,
The lady with a torn soul
Wondering how love would allow people
To let hardship overpower and take control.

I have dreams in life
That I know are achievable in reality
I know this because a lot of my dreams
With determination have come to me.
How can you say you love someone
Yet give up on connecting physically before you even try,
I swore that I would never again stop believing
That there was such a guy.

I was asked to believe
And that I did gladly
Now just because reality is as it is
Doesn't mean that forever is how it will always be.

Faith in The Lord to make one and one, two
Is all in the determination and dedication
Which then gives us the ability to make sacrifices
For whatever the situation or occasion.

I have realised that nothing can happen in love
Unless both are willing to try
Because in love, The dedication goes without saying
And the water should never run dry.

Its hard to explain to another soul
That you are willing to make things happen if they will too
When all they see is here and now
Rather than what a heart can do when it is pure and true.

I have so many times told myself to walk away
When I saw warning signs and God showed me certain things
But I kept pushing on with perseverance
Because I BELIEVE in what TRUTH IN LOVE brings.

Dreams are never far away
If both people are willing to take the chance
But when there is not enough hope or faith
Theres no possible way two can sway together to one dance.

I believe now that not all people
Could take the next step in love
And put their faith in the blessing God gave to us...
The gift of love sent straight from above.

Belief is an ability given to us
With the assumption that we would use it in a wise way
Because if there is no REAL belief and hope
Then how could we possibly expect love to be there to stay.

Love has been lost over time
To a world full of money and lust
How does lust make everything ok
When with that only comes deceit and mistrust.

Those are my thoughts on determination
When the love we want is real on his or her end too,
It takes working together as one
To make all of these so called "Only dreams" into "Dreams becoming true."

The Broken Soul...Once was one but now split in two...
